Packages and Pricing
What packages do you offer, and how much do they cost?
We offer three core social media management packages: Essential, Elite, and Empire, starting from $800/month. Each package is customized based on your platforms, goals, and business needs, so pricing is confirmed after your free consultation.
We also offer ELEVATE packages for clients who want professional on-site content shoots included, which are priced by a custom proposal based on location and travel. And if short-form video is all you need right now, our Short Form Video Management service is available at $1,350/month.
What is included in every package?

Do you require a long-term contract?
We do not lock you into long-term contracts. We believe our results speak for themselves and that you should stay because you love what we do, not because you are obligated to. Contract terms are discussed during your consultation, so everything is clear before we get started.
Can I upgrade or change my package after I start?
Absolutely. As your business grows, your social media needs may grow too. We make it easy to upgrade your package or add services at any time. Just reach out to your account manager, and we will make it happen.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. While our core tiers cover most business needs, we understand that every business is different. If you have specific needs that fall outside of our standard packages, we are happy to build a custom proposal for you. Our ELEVATE packages are a great example of this: fully tailored based on your content shoot needs, location, and goals.
Is there a setup fee?
This is covered during your consultation. We are fully transparent about all costs upfront, so there are never any surprises on your invoice.
Getting Started and The Process
How do I get started?
It starts with a free 30-minute video consultation with Natalie. We will talk through your business, your goals, your current social media presence, and which package is the right fit. From there, we build your custom quote and get to work.
What happens after I sign on?
Once you are officially part of the Circle, your dedicated account manager will reach out to schedule your strategy call. We learn everything about your brand: your voice, your offers, your audience, plus your goals, and build a content strategy around it. From there, your content calendar is set, your platforms are optimized, and your social presence starts performing.
How long before I start seeing results?
Social media is a long game, and we will always be honest with you about that. Most clients begin seeing meaningful growth in engagement, reach, and inbound inquiries within 3 to 6 months of consistent management.

Content Creation and Approval
Will I get to approve content before it goes live?
Yes. We build your content calendar in advance and share it with you for review before anything is published. You will always have visibility into what is going out and the opportunity to request changes.
What if I do not like a piece of content?
We want you to love everything we create. If something does not feel right, like the tone, the visual, or the caption, just let your account manager know, and we will revise it. Your brand is our priority, and we take feedback seriously.
Who writes the captions?
We do. Our team writes all captions in your brand voice, tailored to your audience and optimized with relevant hashtags and keywords. The goal is always for your content to sound like you, just with a strategic edge.
What kind of content do you create?
Depending on your package, we create a mix of custom graphics, short-form video (Reels), carousels, and story content. Everything is original and built specifically for your brand. We do not use generic stock templates.
Do I need to provide photos or videos?
That depends on your package. Our ELEVATE — Exposure package includes a monthly on-site content shoot where we come to you and capture everything. Our ELEVATE — Elevate package is designed for clients who provide their own raw footage and want us to handle editing, strategy, and execution.
Our core Essential, Elite, and Empire packages are discussed during your consultation to determine the best content approach for your business.
What platforms do you manage?
We manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, depending on your package. During your consultation, we will identify which platforms make the most sense for your business and audience.
Engagement and Advertising
Do you respond to comments and messages on my behalf?
Yes. Daily engagement is a core pillar of every package we offer. We monitor your pages, respond to comments, check messages, and actively engage with your target audience every day. Slow response times cost businesses clients; we make sure that never happens on your watch.
What does paid advertising include?
Our packages include sponsored ad creation and management, meaning we build the ad, write the copy, make the creative, set the targeting, and monitor performance. We combine paid advertising with organic strategy to maximize your reach and make sure your brand shows up in front of the right people at the right time.
Do I need to provide an ad budget in addition to my package fee?
Yes. Your package fee covers our management and creative services. Any ad spend goes directly to the platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and is separate from your monthly package investment. We will help you determine an appropriate budget.
What is B2B growth and follow-up?
This is our proactive audience growth strategy. We identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and referral sources in your market, follow up with engaged users, and build relationships that translate into real business opportunities. Empire package clients also receive strategic group sharing to further expand organic reach.
Reporting and Results
How will I know if it is actually working?
Every month, you receive a comprehensive performance report that covers your key metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, ad performance, and more, along with insights and strategic recommendations for the month ahead. You will never be left guessing. We track everything so you always have a clear picture of your return on investment.
What if I am not happy with the results?
We are committed to your growth, and we take underperformance seriously. If you have concerns about results, your account manager is your first point of contact. We will review the data together, identify what needs to shift, and adjust the strategy accordingly. How do I communicate with my account manager?
Natalie & Jessica put clients in a group chat where they can contact them during normal business hours with any questions, comments, concerns, or ideas! What do you need from me to get started?
Not much. Access to your social media platforms, a little time for your onboarding strategy call, and your brand details, like logo, colors, offers, and tone. From there, we handle the rest. The goal is to take things off your plate, not add to them.
Do you work with businesses that have no social media presence yet?
Absolutely. Whether you are starting from zero or rebuilding a neglected page, we know exactly how to build a presence from the ground up. In fact, some of our most dramatic growth stories started with a brand-new account and a clear strategy.
