Natalie McElwain has spent eight years mastering the art of making brands impossible to ignore, first in corporate marketing, then by launching The Social Circle in 2022 to bring that same expertise to the small business owners who need it most.

She started this company because she saw too many incredible businesses being overlooked online, not because they lacked quality, but because they lacked time. Today, she leads a team of seven dedicated to solving exactly that problem: one strategy, one post, one fully booked client at a time.

Born and raised a Florida girl, Jess thrives on sunshine, saltwater, and keeping everything running like clockwork. A proud wife and mama of four, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and brings nearly two decades of hospitality experience to everything she does. She crossed paths with Natalie in the hospitality world and became her right-hand in 2022, and The Social Circle has never been the same since. Organized, warm, and always three steps ahead, Jess is the backbone of how this team operates.

Dominika joined The Social Circle in early 2024 and brought with her over 20 years of hospitality experience and a Bachelor's degree with a minor in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida. GO BULLS! Working with The Social Circle unlocked a new passion, marketing and networking, and she has run with it ever since. She finds genuine joy in helping businesses connect with their local communities, and when she is not doing that, she is spending time with her nine-year-old son, whom she is absolutely over the moon about.

Dani is a mom of two girls, a local business owner herself, and a firm believer that community connection is everything. Dani teaches private mobile swim lessons when she is not helping brands build their online presence, which means she genuinely understands what it feels like to be a small business owner juggling it all. You will find her on Disney days and beach days in equal measure, and she brings that same sunny energy to every account she manages.

Camryn is a third-year student at Ohio University studying Journalism with a concentration in Strategic Communication and a minor in Marketing. She brings fresh perspective, sharp instincts, and a love of the outdoors to everything she does. When she is not working, she is hiking in nature or spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her dog, who we are told is very important.

Austin is an Ohio University student studying Strategic Leadership and Management with big dreams and the work ethic to match. He grew up in a mid-sized Ohio town, spent years in retail sharpening his customer service and people skills, and brings a genuine passion for business, growth, and helping others to The Social Circle. He hikes, rock climbs, and approaches every challenge, professional or vertical, with the same enthusiasm.

Grace is a Midwest girl now living her best life in South Carolina, and her content reflects exactly that:  vibrant, active, and full of personality. With a background in fitness and health, she brings a wellness-forward perspective to everything she creates. She runs, she cooks, and she fuels her days with good coffee. Her content? Equally energizing.

Kaylene came to Florida from the suburbs of Chicago, drawn by the sunshine, the beaches, and apparently the amusement parks. She is a self-described Disney World enthusiast, and we respect it deeply. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a specialty in social media management and content creation, she brings both the strategy and the sparkle to every piece of content she touches.

Gabriella is a Fashion Institute of Technology graduate with a degree in International Trade and Marketing, a passion for creative strategy, and a talent for building meaningful connections. She is passionate about helping businesses grow and finds inspiration in travel, new places, and trying cuisines she has never heard of before. She brings a global perspective and a sharp marketing mind to every account she manages.
